A new life for used resources
We are constantly trying to include new, innovative recycled materials to save natural resources. By using recycled materials, we save natural resources by not adding and extracting new materials.
The moulded seat of our Seed chairs is made entirely from recycled plastic. During the moulding process, where waste plastic is converted into the moulded shape, it creates a subtle interplay of colours in the plastic, which makes each individual shell completely unique. A fine, visual narrative of the material’s creation.
Recycled plastic is easy to keep looking beautiful. We recommend wiping with a cloth wrung out in clean water or with a regular multi-purpose cleaner. Wipe off any soap residue with a cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners or cream, as they can make the surface dull and create scratches, and avoid alcohol-based cleaning detergents.
Textiles in recycled materials
Several of our upholstery fabrics are woven in recycled materials – like Revi, which is woven in yarn made from 100% recycled plastic. Sira is woven in 100% recycled cotton, with a natural and soft expression. Our elegant Bergo bears the EU Ecolabel and is woven from yarn made from recycled PET bottles.
Revi is made of 100% recycled polyester with a beautiful, warm and welcoming expression. A fabric with extremely high abrasion resistance and a soft and comfortable surface. The fine bouclé weave adds an interesting and tactile structure – and the fabric is naturally certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.

Soil is a flat-woven upholstery fabric with a natural expression and very high durability, made from 60% recycled plastic – such as used plastic bottles – and certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. The soft, brushed finish gives a warm and inviting look and the upholstery fabric can be washed at 30°.

Bergo is made from 98% recycled polyester and woven with a beautiful structure that creates a warm and tactile look. In addition to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, the upholstery fabric is certified with the official European Ecolabel, which sets strict requirements for both production and the finished product, with the aim of reducing the overall environmental impact – for the benefit of people, the environment and the earth’s resources. Washable at 30°.
