Since 1841, the iconic building has served as community housing, and today the distinctive facade is home to Scandinavian design. The original details have been kept inside and out, and as you step inside the impressive doorway, the historic story merges with the light design universe.
In the store, we bring the past and present together, enabling you to experience what the building looked like in 1841 and through time.
Our most important task is to give you an extraordinary experience. An experience that is not just limited to design, but also includes smells, tastes and musical impressions. We believe that extraordinary things occurs in the interaction of these elements. In giving a full immersive experience. That’s why we create Sofa Sessions in collaboration with talented DJs and our own sound, which is available on Spotify and SoundCloud. Together with the Danish coffee roastery La Cabra Coffee, we have developed a unique coffee experience that can be enjoyed in all our new stores, and we have our very own signature fragrance.
