On delivery it is important that you check that the correct name is on the label and that there is no visible damage to the packaging. If everything is as it should be, you just need to sign for receipt!
If the packaging is damaged or defective, you should sign for receipt on the waybill, subject to any damage to the contents.
If an item turns out to be damaged or defective after being unpacked, you should contact us at customer services and we'll find a solution as soon as possible. We recommend that you do this immediately, especially in the case of transport damage.
Some sofas are fitted with a piece of transport fabric at the bottom of the sofa. This is solely to protect the sofa from dust during transit and can easily tear, but this is not important. This will not damage the sofa and is therefore not a defect.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned as new and in its original packaging. You must therefore decide before you dispose of the packaging.
