Hans Thyge and Co. designed the Seed series. A versatile series of chairs that can be combined in multiple ways and which are made from moulded plastic that would otherwise have ended up as waste. Hans Thyge & Co. has created Seed with a desire for a more circular future, where used materials are given new life and will last for generations. Maybe even forever.
Seed is available in both an indoor and outdoor version, therefore setting no limits to where it can be incorporated into your interior design. You can find a chair for every kind of environment – from the dining room and home office to the terrace, and they even cover the needs of a professional market too. All variants are tested to the highest quality standards and to withstand all kinds of weather.
A poetic shape
The shell is an organic shape made entirely from recycled plastic and designed to embrace you with exceptional comfort and support. During the moulding process, where waste plastic is converted into the seat of the chair, it creates a subtle interplay of colours, which makes each individual shell completely unique. And if you choose wooden legs, they are of course FSC®-certified.
