At BOLIA, we have a price guarantee. This means that if you have ordered a BOLIA design and unexpectedly find an identical product with us at a campaign price within 30 days after purchasing your item, you should contact our customer service. Afterward, you will receive a gift card for the difference.

 

- The price guarantee is only valid in the country where the item was purchased.

 

- The price guarantee does not cover BOLIA's outlet items or discounted showroom models in the stores.

 

- The price guarantee is applicable for 30 days after you have ordered your item.

 

- To claim the price guarantee, you must contact our customer service during the period when your ordered item is at a campaign price – this must be done within 30 days.

 

- When contacting us, please attach documentation in the form of an invoice/receipt or the order number for your ordered item.

 

- The difference between the purchase price and any campaign price is refunded as a BOLIA gift card.

 

- The gift card is sent immediately via email, but is only valid 100 days after delivery when we have a price guarantee and offer a 100-day return policy on your purchase. The gift card is valid for 3 years.
