International deliveries
We can provide home delivery to all the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Nederland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Delivery and price
When adding your designs to the basket and typing in your address, you’ll get an estimated delivery time and delivery price. Delivery available from EUR 10, depending on the weight of your purchase.
A week prior to your delivery, a local carrier will contact you for the scheduling of the precise delivery time.
Unfortunately we can’t deliver to offshore islands.
Delivery of express items
When you order an express item online at Bolia.com, you will receive your dream design within a couple of days. The number of days differs from country to country, so take a look at the list below to learn when you can get your hopes up.
2-4 days: Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland
3-5 days: Italy, Luxembourg, Finland, Latvia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia
4-6 days: Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Lithuania, Bulgaria
5-7 days: Estonia
Other countries
If you live outside the above mentioned countries, your designs can be picked up in Hamburg, Germany.
You’ll get a notification on when your designs are delivered in Hamburg,
If you are living outside Europe you can still shop on our website, but we cannot yet deliver the products straight to your home. Your order will be delivered to our pickup point in Hamburg, Germany, and you can arrange for a carrier of your own choice to pick it up and deliver it to you.
You will be guided through this process in the checkout, but if you need a few tips, please write us at customerservice@bolia.com. We will be happy to help.
Returns
Returned designs must be sent to our main warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark.
