terms and conditions for MyBolia
We want to reward our loyal customers. That's why we'd like to offer you the opportunity to become a member of the MyBolia customer club (“MyBolia”) and in this way obtain special benefits and discounts.
1. Customer club
- Members of MyBolia are subject to these terms and conditions for MyBolia (the “Terms”). The terms are valid from [April, 19, 2023] and supersede all previous versions of the terms and conditions for MyBolia. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions before you sign up for MyBolia.
- As described in more detail below, as a member of MyBolia you can access special services and benefits – including a complete overview of purchase history, personal offers, wish list, and exclusive MyBolia discounts in our stores and on our website.

2. Joining the customer club
- Joining MyBolia is completely free of charge. You become a member of MyBolia by creating a member profile on our website https://www.bolia.com/en/mybolia/create-profile/ or by creating one in your Bolia store.
- To create a member profile, you must have a valid email address. We kindly ask you to confirm your email address with a link that will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Please note that your membership to MyBolia is conditional upon you confirming your email address.
3. Your consent and processing of personal data
- Your membership of MyBolia is subject to your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in connection with the creation of your membership profile.
- By signing up for MyBolia, you consent to us contacting you via email, text message and/or social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube) with inspiring campaigns, great offers, new launches, invitations, competitions and exclusive MyBolia discounts and benefits.
- In connection with your membership of MyBolia, your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the consent(s) you have submitted in connection with your registration for MyBolia.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in the text message or email you received from us or via this link. Please note that we cannot draw your attention to any special benefits if you withdraw your consent for us to contact you. In this case, you will only receive service messages such as order confirmations.
4. As a member you get special benefits and discounts
- Your MyBolia profile gives you access to special services and benefits. It gives you a complete overview of your purchase history, where you also have access to your receipts and guarantees. You can see your personal offers, make your own wish list and get exclusive MyBolia discounts.
5. You can always delete your member profile
- You can delete your membership profile at any time and thereby cancel your membership of MyBolia immediately.
- To delete your member profile, log in to our website and go to your member profile under My profile, where you will find the function “Delete profile”.
- Deletion of your membership profile will result in immediate loss of all your data and benefits, which cannot be restored. Please note that it is subsequently your responsibility to save receipts, guarantee certificates, etc.
- When you delete your MyBolia profile, we store information about you in accordance with our privacy policy.
6. Amendment of terms and conditions
- We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including to close MyBolia completely or partially. A change to the Terms and Conditions may include (but is not limited to) phasing out benefits or introducing new benefits, changing the terms of personal benefits, which may have an impact on benefits already earned. We may also make ongoing changes to our processing of our privacy policy.
- You will be notified of significant changes to the Terms and Conditions with one month’s notice via the email address you provided for your member profile. If you cannot accept the notified changes, you have the option of deleting your membership profile and thereby cancelling MyBolia before the changes take effect.
- If we make insignificant changes to the Terms and Conditions, these will enter into force without notice.
