Exciting career opportunities
If you start as a sales consultant and show great leadership skills, you can work your way up to become an Assistant Store Manager, and then a Store Manager for your own team and store. And if you want to go even further, there is a chance to become Support Store Manager and help support new Store Managers internationally and develop on to becoming a Bolia Country Manager or even Bolia Regional Manager with the responsibility for multiple countries. If you are passionate about interior design and have a creative and commercial mind, you could become a Bolia Visual Merchandiser. This way, you will become part of an international team who always makes sure our stores and headquarters are beautiful, inspirational, and on brand for every season.
